The Hawaii RCI project is the largest Army and Department of Defense privatization contract to date under the Military Housing Privitatization Initiative.  In November 2004, Lend Lease Residential began providing property management services for the almost 8,000 Army, Coast Guard and Marine Corps families living in family housing at Schofield Barracks, Aliamanu Military Reservation, Wheeler Army Airfield, Helemanu Military Reservation, Fort Shafter and Tripler Army Medical Center on Oahu
