The Brunswick Holborn development is comprised of seven low-rise historical apartment buildings totaling fifty-seven apartment units.  Many of these apartments are subsidized on a project basis through the Metropolis Boston Housing Partnership and the Boston Housing Authority, while other rent at current market rates.
Brunswick Holborn is scheduled to begin a complete rehabilitation of all buildings in the development during the spring of 2005.  Once complete, the development will offer amenities such as modern appliances, dishwashers, garbage disposals, on-site washrooms, community rooms and more.
